Do you travel out of Maryland or outside the USA?

 

Yes, we travel worldwide. Travel and accommodation fees will apply. 

 

 

Can you hold my date?

Dates can only be held with a signed contract and retainer fee.

 

 

 

Trials

Do you offer trials?

________________

Yes! Although not mandatory, this is the perfect opportunity to meet with Olay and preview the look you envision.

Do you charge for trials 

________________

 

Yes. Trial fees are $500

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a trial appointment.

 

 

 

 

Extensions/Add-ons

What extension install method do you offer?

________________

 

We offer Traditional (leave out) sew-in installs, Closure sew-in installs, Quick weave installs, Clip-in installs, Closure/ Frontal wig installs.

 

When are extensions installed?

________________

Most sew-in installations are completed at our salon 1–2 days before the wedding day. Closure installs, wigs, and clip-ins will be installed on the wedding day prior to styling. For destination weddings, all installations will be completed on-site.

Do you provide hair extensions? 

________________

Yes! We have hair extensions available for purchase prior to your install appointment.

Do you provide bridal hair accessories?

Yes. We have a variety of bridal hair accessories for you to choose from.   

Contract 

What should I do if I have to change my “get ready” location or “get ready” time?

Should timing or location change after submitting your contract, kindly email us and we will send you an updated contract to sign.

Can I change the services on my contract?

________________________

Services on the contract are final, services can be added but not removed.
