RETAINER & PAYMENTS​
Your booking will be held for 48 hours after receiving the proposal. After this period, the booking will be canceled and made available to others.
A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement are required to secure the event date.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before the event. For bookings made within 45 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Only the contracted rates will be honored.

EARLY CALL TIME
An early morning fee of $50 per hour will apply for services starting before 8:00 AM.

HAIR EXTENSIONS / INSTAL​LS
Sew-in installations are completed 1-2 days before the wedding day, with styling done on the wedding day. Wigs & clip-ins will be installed on the wedding day prior to styling.

TRAVEL
Travel is included for prep locations within 60 miles round trip of 21229 ONLY! A mileage fee of $1 per mile round trip will be charged for locations outside of 60 miles round trip of 21229.

ACCOMMODATIONS
For travel exceeding 100 miles one-way or 2 hours, hotel accommodation will be required the night before the wedding.

PARKING/TOLLS
On-site parking is required. Please note that any parking, valet, or toll fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

OUT-OF-STATE BRIDES
Out of state brides are responsible for all travel expenses and hotel accommodations the night before the wedding.

MULTIPLE PREP LOCATIONS
If hair prep and styling will take place at more than one location, a $50 breakdown and setup fee, along with a mileage charge of $1 per mile, will apply.

RETOUCH/RESTYLING SERVICES
To ensure you look your best throughout your wedding day, you can book your hair artist for additional retouching and restyling services. Please specify your preferred service at the time of booking.

Full Day (Retouch & Restyle) - $700: Includes 8 consecutive hours of service with a 1-hour lunch break.

Half Day (Retouch Only) - $350: Includes 4 consecutive hours of service with a 30-minute lunch break.

HOLIDAY BOOKING FEE
A Holiday Service Fee of 15% of the service total, will be applied to weddings held on major holiday or holiday weekend. This includes New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All bridal services are allotted 4 hours. A detailed timeline will be provided and discussed during your consultation.

To ensure your hairstyle lasts throughout the day, we recommend starting hair services 4 hours before your desired ready time. For example, if the bride needs to be ready by 2:00 pm, we suggest starting hair at 10:00 am.

Sew-in installations are completed at our salon 1-2 days before the wedding day. Wigs and clip-ins will be installed on the wedding day, prior to styling. For destination weddings, all installations will be done on-site.
