Styling is performed exclusively on the bride’s natural hair and does not include extensions, added hair, wigs, clip-ins, sew-ins, closures, or other hair enhancements. This package does not include Hollywood Waves or any hairstyle requiring extension.

Extended on-site touch-up and style maintenance services are available to help preserve the look, structure, and overall integrity of the hairstyle throughout the wedding day. Reserved coverage also allows for veil placement at the appropriate time in your wedding-day timeline, as well as bridal dressing assistance when dressing occurs during your scheduled coverage.
Minimum 4 hours, maximum 10 consecutive hours.
Additional styling is available for rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and other wedding-weekend occasions. Services are quoted based on the styling requirements, location, and time reserved.

Custom coloring is available for hair extensions included with your bridal package. Whether your desired look calls for black, brown, red, blonde, or another custom shade, coloring can be added to achieve your desired look.

Hair extension coloring must be requested during the booking process. An in-person hair analysis may be required.
RETAINER & PAYMENTS​
To reserve your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your wedding date. Bookings made within 45 days require full payment. Your booking will be held for 24 hours after the contract is sent. After 24 hours, the contract will be canceled and the date will be made available to other brides. Rates are subject to change without notice. Only the contracted rates will be honored.

TRAVEL

Local Travel: A base travel rate of $75 applies to get-ready locations within a 25-mile round trip of zip code 21229 (Baltimore, MD area and the surrounding DMV metro region). For locations beyond 25 miles, an additional fee of $1.75 per mile, round trip, will be applied. If travel exceeds 100 miles one way or two hours of travel time, hotel accommodations will be required the night before the wedding.

U.S. (Domestic Travel) & Accommodation: Depending on the wedding location within the United States, the bride is responsible for all travel expenses and required hotel accommodations. A minimum one-night stay prior to the wedding day is required for all domestic travel. Depending on the selected package, a day rate may apply to cover the artist’s dedicated time exclusively for your wedding, including travel time, and related expenses. All hotel and flight arrangements will be booked directly by the artist, and the bride is responsible for reimbursing the total cost in full upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

International Travel & Accommodation: For weddings taking place outside of the United States, the bride is responsible for all travel expenses, including round-trip airfare, ground transportation and hotel accommodations. A minimum 2-night stay (before and after the wedding day) is required for all international travel to ensure adequate time for travel and preparation. An international day rate will apply, covering the artist’s dedicated time exclusively for your wedding, including extended travel time and related expenses. All flight and hotel arrangements will be booked directly by the artist, and the bride is responsible for reimbursing the total cost in full upon receipt of the booking confirmation.​

HAIR EXTENSIONS INSTAL​LATION
For local weddings, sew-in installations may be completed at our salon one to three days prior to the wedding day. For weddings outside of the DMV metro region or international destinations, all sew-in extensions will be installed on the wedding day. Clip-in extensions, closure installations, and frontal installations are completed on the wedding day regardless of the wedding location or destination.
EARLY CALL TIME
An early morning fee of $75 per hour will apply for any services scheduled to begin before 8:00 AM.

PARKING/TOLLS
On-site parking is required. Please note that any parking, valet, or toll fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

MULTIPLE PREP LOCATIONS
If hair preparation and styling will take place at more than one location, a $50 breakdown and setup fee will apply, along with a mileage charge of $1.75 per mile between locations.

TOUCH-UP & STYLE MAINTENANCE
Extended on-site touch-up and style maintenance services are available to help preserve the look, structure, and overall integrity of the hairstyle throughout the wedding day. This service may be recommended based on the wedding-day timeline and styling needs to help ensure the hairstyle remains polished and camera-ready.
Minimum of 4 hours, maximum of 10 consecutive hours. Booking duration must be confirmed at the time of reservation. Please see the "Add-Ons" section for pricing and details.
HOLIDAY BOOKING FEE
A 50% Holiday Service Fee will be applied to weddings held on major holidays, including:
New Year’s Eve & Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day.

The virtual consultation allows the artist to create a personalized hair schedule for your wedding day. This schedule ensures all services are completed on time, from pre-ceremony prep to final touch-ups. Arrival times and the order of services are determined by the artist to ensure optimal results and will be shared with the bride following the consultation.
