Stay flawless throughout your wedding day with on-site touch-ups and style maintenance. Includes refreshing curls, smoothing flyaways, and maintaining your original style throughout your event.

RETAINER & PAYMENTS​
To reserve your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your wedding date. Bookings made within 45 days require full payment. Your booking will be held for 24 hours after the contract is sent. After 24 hours, the contract will be canceled and the date will be made available to other brides. Rates are subject to change without notice. Only the contracted rates will be honored.

TRAVEL

Local Travel: A base travel rate of $75 applies to get-ready locations within a 25-mile round trip of zip code 21229 (Baltimore, MD area and the surrounding DMV metro region). For locations beyond 25 miles, an additional fee of $1.75 per mile will be applied. If travel exceeds 100 miles one way or two hours of travel time, hotel accommodations will be required the night before the wedding.

U.S. (Domestic Travel) & Accommodation: Depending on the selected package and destination, brides are responsible for all travel expenses and hotel accommodations. A 1–2-night stay (before and after the wedding day) is required for all domestic travel. A day rate of $300 per day will apply, which covers the artist’s dedicated time exclusively for your wedding, including travel time, transportation, and meals. All hotel and flight arrangements will be booked directly by the artist, and the bride is responsible for reimbursing the total cost in full upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

International Travel & Accommodation: For all international weddings, the bride is responsible for all travel expenses, including round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, and airport shuttles within the destination country. A minimum 2-night stay (before and after the wedding day) is required to allow adequate time for travel, preparation, and on-site setup. An international day rate of $500 per day will apply, covering the artist’s dedicated time exclusively for your wedding, including extended travel time and related expenses. All flight and hotel arrangements will be booked directly by the artist, and the bride is responsible for reimbursing the total cost in full upon receipt of the booking confirmation.​

HAIR EXTENSIONS / INSTAL​LS
Most sew-in installations are completed at our salon 1–3 days prior to the wedding day to ensure optimal styling results. Closure installs, wigs, and clip-in extensions are typically installed on the wedding day prior to styling. For weddings outside of the DMV metro region or international destinations, all extensions will be installed on the wedding day.
EARLY CALL TIME
An early morning fee of $75 per hour will apply for any services scheduled to begin before 8:00 AM.

PARKING/TOLLS
On-site parking is required. Please note that any parking, valet, or toll fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

MULTIPLE PREP LOCATIONS
If hair preparation and styling will take place at more than one location, a $50 breakdown and setup fee will apply, along with a mileage charge of $1.75 per mile between locations.

TOUCH-UP & STYLE MAINTENANCE
Extended on-site touch-up and style maintenance services are available. Minimum of 4 hours, maximum of 10 consecutive hours. Booking duration must be confirmed at the time of reservation. Please see the "Add-Ons" section for pricing and details.
HOLIDAY BOOKING FEE
A 50% Holiday Service Fee will be applied to weddings held on major holidays, including:
New Year’s Eve & Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day.

The virtual consultation allows the artist to create a comprehensive hair schedule tailored to your wedding day. This ensures all services are completed on time, from pre-ceremony prep to final touch-ups. Again, arrival times and order of services are determined by the artist to ensure optimal results.

You may select any hairstyle with any package. From updos to waves, your chosen style will be customized to complement your wedding attire and personal preferences.

Extensions
For brides using hair extensions, we highly recommend our Bridal Hair Collection to ensure the best results in volume, longevity, and seamless blending. We also strongly advise that all extensions be installed by our artist, as this guarantees optimal placement, styling, and overall finish. If using your own extensions, please note that the artist may not be able to guarantee the same results.
