RETAINER & PAYMENTS​
Booking will be held for 48 hours after sending a proposal, after which it will be canceled and open to others.
A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement is required to reserve the event date.
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the event date. For events in 45 days or less, payment must be paid in full at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Only contracted rates will be honored.

EARLY CALL TIME
There will be an early morning fee of $50 per hour for services starting before 8:00AM.

HAIR EXTENSIONS
We offer 100% unprocessed human hair extensions to elevate your bridal hairstyle.
Extensions are not included in our package options, but can be added to your selected package.

TRAVEL
Travel is included for prep locations within 60 miles round trip of 21229 ONLY! A mileage fee of $1 per mile round trip will be charged for locations outside of 60 miles round trip of 21229.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Travel over 100 miles one-way or over 2 hours will require hotel accommodation the night before the wedding.

PARKING/TOLLS
On-site parking is required. Please note that where parking, valet, or toll fees may be incurred, the client will be responsible for the charges.

MULTIPLE PREP LOCATIONS
If there will be more than one location for hair prep/styling, there will be a $50 break-down & setup fee plus mileage ($1/mile) assessed.

RETOUCH/RESTYLING SERVICES
Book your hair artist for the day if you would like to be retouched and or restyled on your wedding day. Preferred service must be specified at the time of booking.
-Full day (retouch & restyle) $700: consists of 8 consecutive hours, with a one hour lunch break.
-Half day (retouch only) $350: consists of 4 consecutive hours, with a half hour lunch break.

HOLIDAY BOOKING FEE
A Holiday Service Fee of 15% of the service total, will be charged where applicable, for any weddings booked on a major Holiday or Holiday Weekend. (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

To ensure longevity of your wedding day hair style, we suggest that hair prep for the bride starts 3-4 hours prior to the time she needs to be ready. For example, If the bride needs to be ready by 2:00pm, the start time for hair will be 10:00am or 11:00am.

Hair extensions are not provided for sew-in installments but can be added to your selected package.

Sew-in Installments will be done in our salon 1-2 days prior to the wedding day. For destination weddings, installs will be completed on-site.
