In times of inclement weather we will make every effort to open the salon. In the event of projected inclement weather, Olaitin Olay Hair Lounge will decide on a day-to-day basis if we will remain open or close for business.

In the event that the salon will be closed, we will make every effort to contact you via telephone, text and/or email prior to your reservation, to reschedule your appointment.

 

 

If we are open for business during inclement weather situations, our cancellation policy remains in effect. We ask that you give a 48 hour notice of cancellation to avoid any cancellation fees if you believe it will be unsafe or impossible to travel to our salon due to the weather. Notice of  appointment cancellation should be sent via email to info@olaitinolayhairlounge.com
